Darker would bring out your eyes way more and give you more of a dramatic change, but blonde would definitely give you that whole carefree hippie look.

U r gorgeous the way u r...if u want to have fun w/ it...put high lites in it...something, that makes it look subtle...not too much...just light so in blends in w/ the rest of ur'e hair...Good Luck!! Darlin....it's either jump full board or be subtle....
