i have dirty blonde hair and i want 2 make it blonder by using lemon juice. the only problem is, i live in New England and it's not hot here in the winter. will the lemon juice thing work if i go in the sun even if it's cold outside?

your best bet is to take a trip to your nearest pharmacy and buy blonde hair colour.
be sure to use colour and not bleach because that will ruin your hair.

'puprle shampoo' worked really well for my blonded hair, it took away the yellow and gave more towards silver blonde and i could use it for months after blonding at the salon, also what the other comment stated about sun in....i used that ages ago and it worked really well!! i suggest using the puprle shampoo though or even just go to the hair dresser and get some bleached foils.
