Not sure. She probably bleachs her hair that much that she strips it of its natural colour, or maybe she has fake hair attached to her head.

She's got a good stylist! I dye my hair every 2 months (blond streaks, brown, mahogany) and it's never been orange. Different types of hair handle dye differently as well as there being many different types of dye available now.
