hair bleach, don't be scared when it turns orange, just keep it in longer, hi-lites are the best way. if you're doing it at home use a hi-liting cap, you'll have to get the kit at a beauty supply and follow directions. the more fancy stuff you can paint certain strands. but for real, go to a salon and get it done by a pro...they can do it in foils so placements can be designed instead of random like the cap and there's a bigger chance you will like your hair. If you are poor you can go to a beauty school, there should be an instructor around to check the student doing the hi-lites.

your going to have to bleach it. if your a girl than dont cuz its going to damage ur hair and worst case senario u'll end up bald. but if your a guy than go for it if you want. i advise you to go to a hair salon becuase going this extreme is dangerous not only to your hair but also to your scalp. goodluck

If you get it blonde, it should be as blonde as the singer of My Chemical Romance in The Black Parade. That was hot.

you have to go to a salon and have the black color 'stripped' from your hair. that is a drastic change and it could be a long, pricy day at the salon. but if what's you really want, it'll be worth it! ask for a 'color correction' or a 'bleach and tone' treatment. or just ask your usual hair place for a recommendation. good luck! :)
