well i'm not pro hair styler or whatever, but i think it sounds TOTALLY COOL!

i mean, you can be as outrageous as you want with your hair!! it sounds very cool, i like it! i'm not sure if it's totally scene-ish or whatever, but still go for it!

my good friend who is super super super pale dyed his almost white hair jet black! it looks totally weird, but super cool too! :)

If it is going to be all over your head i would say no.but if you have black hair,you should try purple streaks if you want a scenish hair style.I have seen plenty of african americans have pink hair or red hair cut short on their head.It looks pretty decent for a scenish hair style.I would say never have white blonde streaks in your hair.It looks very weird on an african american.For more of a scenish hair style.stick to red,blue,and pink.
