GO TO A PROFESSIONAL!! The only way to go that light is to get your hair bleached first, then get a toner on it. If you buy store box die it may not take, but if it does, you more than likely will get orange hair. I have dark brown hair and in order for me to get burgandy streeks, I had to get it bleached/lightened first, then get the color in.. Hope this helps!

That's going to be too hard to do from black.

I went from dark dark brown to blonde over the summer (then back to brown because blonde is annoying. lol) and I had to bleach a few strands at a time. It took the entire summer to get it to bleach back to blonde.

If you want it done fast then you'll need to go to a hairdresser, otherwise just do some highlights at a time. It's not going to do you any good to try a rinse.

Nope! Not gonna happen... especially not with a rinse! U have to wait for the color to grow out - (healthy way) Or u would have to strip the black to remove it and then color or deposit over that. U cant use color to get rid of color. Black is the hardest to get out.

If u want to be patient and do this gradually u can use lemon juice and heat (the sun). When u towel dry it - u can actually see the black in the towel...

You will need to do more than a rinse. I have dark hair.

You will have to strip away your color with bleach or peroxide. You will have no choice but to damage your hair.
