I have light brown/blond hair, that goes half way from my sholder to my elbo. I have blue eyes, and NO glasses or brasses. I am not really tall, but not short, and don't always like to put alot of things in my hair at the same time.

I would say go with something short like at the shoulder short with some razor cut hair. This way you can wear your hair in many different styles and won't have to put to much in it.

I think layers would be pretty. Scissored around the face. Bangs swept to the side. I'm not a big fan of cutting long hair. Once it's cut you can't glue it back on, and it takes a long time to get back. Try some highlights for an extra kick.

You can style this naturally by applying a styling paste when wet , letting it airdry and scrunching a little to get waves. Easy and cute.
